Good morning and happy Saturday.
For a brief moment, there were bipartisan calls to turn down the temperature this week. Then the political thermostat was cranked back up again by the usual suspects on both sides.
It is essential to remember, in times of division, such as this, that life in this country or in this world is not the end to which we’re made.
We work for the good of all and to evangelize the Gospel. We love God above all things and we love our neighbor. This is the most important task.
When everything else seems to get louder and louder, we must do everything we can to not forget it.
